- Enter your LP key in the 'Orders' tab, in the 'Order Key' box, and click 'Recover'. This will retrieve and save your course in your account. This issue occurs when someone buys a course without registration, so you can access your course by entering the LP key.

- The LP key is a key we send via email to the user who enters their email address while purchasing the course.
